We hope you find your visit to Kenwood Permaculture be pleasant, informative, inspiring and safe.

We have taken all reasonable precautions to make activities at Kenwood Permaculture safe. However, participation in any outdoor activity is potentially dangerous. You may be exposed to risks of personal injury and death ("physical injury"), as well as property loss or damage ("property damage"), while at the Center.

Because there is a serious risk of fire at Kenwood Permaculture you may not smoke, light matches or other flammable, incendiary or explosive materials, or engage in any other conduct which could cause fire. You must also refrain from participating in any Kenwood Permaculture activities if your medical, physical, or emotional condition or any other factors might create any undue risk for you, other participants or anyone else.

Following these simple rules will greatly reduce the risk of accidents or injuries during your visit at Kenwood Permaculture. We also ask that you accept all risks and responsibility for any physical injury to yourself, damage to your property, or other losses to you of any kind which might occur while you are at Kenwood Permaculture regardless of whether the physical injury or property damage or loss is connected in any way with your participation in any activities. To enable Kenwood Permaculture to continue to provide its workshops, we must obtain a release from each participant. The formal language of the Release Form, which is available at the link above and through our home office, is necessary for this purpose.

Thank You.
